Depends on what they are… like the actual name of them.
Most Over the Counter diet supplements are pretty useless for weight loss. They are not synchronized by the FDA, and that means that -
1. The quality of the ingredients can vary.
2. They can be potentially perilous.
3. Many will aver to have studies to back up their claims. But, you should pay VERY close attention to the fine print… these studies are often found to have shown rather minimal differences, and the wording of the results can be manipulated to show the results in a favorable light. You also aren’t likely to hear of any studies that showed no results for the product.
For the most part, you will lose plenty of cash and not any more weight than you would with diet and exercise.
One exception is Alli. But, the side effects of this new OTC weight loss aid are rather disgusting, and you must stay away from too much stout or suffer the consequences which include, ahem… “Leaking” from… well, you can guess.
Over again, if you can get the name and search for it online, you are likely to find plenty of information about it… just remember that if the site you are on has a vested interest in the product being sold, you should take their claims with a grain of salt… several grains, in fact.

Billions of dollars are spent every year on diet pills and if any worked, you can be sure that you would only see skinny people walking around. Better to check out -
