There is nothing wrong with over the counter diet pills assuming these are properly registered with the health department and has the corresponding government approvals to ensure health safety of the consumers. But losing weight is as easy as just going to the pharmacy and buying any over the counter diet pills. A good weight loss plan involves a mixture of proper dieting, adequate daily exercise and taking diet pills or supplements. It will also be for the benefit of the user since such a combination of activities can help him or her achieve the best weight loss results.
